The After Christmas Thoughts





I’ve been racking my brain to come up with a mind-blowing piece because I have all the time in the world to write. I am presently enjoying a 19-day break from work with my actual leave perfectly set at intervals with the holidays. Unfortunately though, my mind seems to consider this vacation a serious business, a once in a lifetime opportunity to hibernate. The only way I can get through my blogging duties is to waste a few moments of your life in this utter claptrap. Please bear with me, this is excruciating for me too.

Nest BGC Review

And the season for bloated bellies, drinking til the wee hours, last-minute Christmas shopping, and playing hide-and-seek with godchildren has come. Lately, I’ve been attending events like crazy and eating more than I should. I am getting worried about my belly because as I mentioned before, I am trying to get fit. But my friends say that it’s the holidays, so I should cut myself some slack. So that’s what I’m doing, but I am definitely going on a strict diet again in January. Speaking of events, I met some new blogger friends of late because one of my favorite food bloggers, Richie of The Pickiest Eater, invited me for dinner last Wednesday. All My Paandar Efforts to be Anne Boleyn





Paandar” is the term gays like to use to refer to someone who likes to get attention. It also means “to start something” or in some context, “extravagance.” With this word in mind, I did paandar things in every conceivable way to rock the year-end party of our company. Malacañang Park

Five years is a long time, but it never dulled my fondness of the place. To the outsiders Malacañang Park may seem a hostile zone; constantly guarded and cannot be entered as one pleases. It is so because it is the headquarters of the Presidential Security Group, the unit that protects the president of The Philippines. But to me it is a home and for five years it was. Once in a while, I go back and every time, I still get overwhelmed by many a memory of some of the best years of my life.
